How Long We Keep Data

Contact form submissions are retained for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are securely deleted. Server access logs are retained for 12 months. Cookie data is governed by the individual expiry periods set out in the Cookie Policy. Where data is retained for legal compliance purposes, the applicable statutory retention period applies.

Data Security Measures

This website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to personal data is restricted to members of the editorial team with a legitimate need. No financial data is collected or stored through this website.
